Province warns of possible measles exposure site in Winkler

The province notified the public Thursday about another location where people might have been exposed to measles.
Public health officials asked anyone who was at the Fawn and Cub Market at the Meridian Exhibition Centre in Winkler between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. Saturday to watch for any symptoms until Dec. 7.
They also asked anyone who was there during that time to check their immunization records and ensure they are up to date with measles vaccines.
The province also notified the public Friday about another location where people might have been exposed to measles.
Public health officials asked anyone who was at the Boundary Trails Health Centre’s emergency department between 3:45 p.m. and 6 p.m. Sunday to watch for any symptoms until Dec. 8. The centre is located between Winkler and Morden.
