Officers seized drugs and guns after executing two search warrants in Selkirk about a week apart.

Officers seized 30 grams of cocaine, weapons, cash and evidence of drug trafficking after a search at a residence on Morris Avenue on May 29, RCMP said in a news release Monday.

A 54-year-old Selkirk Man faces multiple drug and weapons charges. He was released for a future court date.

On June 6, 84 grams of cocaine, as well as quantities of methamphetamine and suspected fentanyl, a loaded gun and ammunition were seized after a search at a McLean Avenue residence.

A 56-year-old Selkirk man faces multiple drug and gun offences. He remains in custody.
