Nurses at Thompson General Hospital have voted overwhelmingly to grey-list the facility because of concerns about safety.
The vote, which began earlier this week and ended Friday, was 97 per cent in favour.
“Nurses around this province are taking a stand against violence in the workplace. The same shift, different day mentality from this government must end,” Manitoba Nurses Union president Darlene Jackson said in a news release.
