Winnipeg police have arrested three people after investigating gun and drug trafficking in the Rossmere neighbourhood.

On July 20, two search warrants were executed at a residence on the 200 block of Devon Avenue.

Police say they found over $112,000 of illicit drugs, which included 129 grams of crack cocaine, 998 grams of cocaine, three grams of MDMA, 18 grams of psilocybin, and hydrocodone.

The investigation also found a loaded hand gun, an empty 50 round drum magazine, $1,100 in Canadian currency, scales, a money counter and drug packaging, a Saturday media release states.

Two men, aged 29 and 26 have been arrested, charged and detained in custody. A 43-year-old woman is facing various offences and was released on an undertaking.
