Homicide detectives have arrested two suspects accused in the shooting death of a man in a Selkirk Avenue apartment block earlier this month.
Kingsley Murray Bruce, 40, died in hospital on March 3 after he was shot inside a two-storey brick apartment block at 675 Selkirk Ave., around 3 p.m.
Winnipeg Police Service investigators arrested Emmanuel Max Spence, 25, on Selkirk Avenue on Monday, and Thomas Jeremy Spence, 39, near Bannerman Avenue and McKenzie Street on Wednesday.
Both men have been charged with manslaughter and held in custody.
Police say the two suspects and the victim knew each other prior to the shooting.
