Two men are facing manslaughter charges in connection to the slaying of a 33-year-old Swan River man.

Around 6:20 p.m. on Jan. 13, RCMP found the victim suffering from stab wounds on Main Street in the community, located nearly 500 kilometres northwest of Winnipeg. He was taken to hospital, but died of his injuries.

On Tuesday, Mounties arrested two men, both from Swan River, and charged them with manslaughter, the RCMP said in a news release Wednesday.
