Car connected to abduction, slaying case found

Police have found a car believed to be connected to an abduction and first-degree murder investigation.
Zeyad Shammo, a 22-year-old from Ontario, was found dead in a home on the 100 block of Bristol Avenue early on Sept. 13. He was reported missing three days before.
Major crime investigators announced Thursday they were searching for a 2018 Honda Civic Touring. Police said Friday morning it had been located.
Police arrested two suspects alleged to have abducted and killed Shammo.
Sonny Balemba, 26, and Robert James Chaykowski, 26, have been charged with first-degree murder, kidnapping and extortion. Chaykowski is also charged with four counts of failing to comply with a release order.
