Weston residence busted, six face drug, weapon charges

Six people face drug trafficking and weapon charges after police executed a warrant at a Weston neighbourhood residence Saturday.
Four men and three women were arrested at a residence on the 1400 block of Logan Avenue after a Winnipeg Police Service investigation began in February.
A long list of items were seized including 11 grams of cocaine, as well as gabapentin and Percocet pills, several replica air pistols, a collapsible baton, a machete, body armour and a 2015 Rockwood Woo travel trailer worth $20,000.
A 58-year-old man, 25-year-old man and 19-year-old woman face charges. They were released on undertakings.
David Richard Walsh, 61, Marcus Fredrick Jones, 46, and Christina Roberta Barto, 45, were charged and detained in custody.
Another woman was arrested but was not charged and released.
