Woman, 43, and man, 41, dead in Langside St. home where fire broke out

A 41-year-old man and a 43-year-old woman were found dead inside a West End home that was the site of a house fire earlier this month.
The Winnipeg Police Service released the ages of the two deceased on Monday as the Major Crimes Unit continues investigating the May 7 incident in the 500 block of Langside Street.
Police are asking anyone with information or anyone who may have video footage from dashcams, security cameras or cell phone recordings from around the time of the incident to call the Major Crimes Unit at 204-986-6508 or anonymously at Crime Stoppers 204-786-8477 or winnipegcrimestoppers.org.
The fire at the rental property at 584 Langside St. was reported just before 5 a.m. May 7. The blaze also spread to a nearby vacant building. In the news release Monday, police said no other injuries were reported.
