Woman accused of refusing to pay for beauty services arrested

A woman who is accused of refusing to pay for more than $2,000 worth of beauty treatments at a boutique on Marion Street last month has been arrested.
Staff at the boutique called police on Feb. 18 after the client received her beauty services and said she would return to pay, but never did.
Winnipeg Police Service property crimes investigators identified a suspect and got an arrest warrant, before locating the 31-year-old suspect on Monday.
She was arrested and charged with theft under $5,000 and released ahead of a court date.
