BRANDON _ The Liberal, PC and NDP leaders participate in a debate hosted by the Brandon Chamber of Commerce. (7:30 a.m., Keystone Centre, UCT Pavilion,1175 18th St.)
NDP Leader Wab Kinew:
WINNIPEG _ NDP Leader Wab Kinew and NDP Candidate in St. Boniface, Robert Loiselle, make a campaign announcement. (3:30 p.m., St. Boniface Cathedral, corner of Tache Ave and Avenue de la Cathedrale)
Progressive Conservative Leader Heather Stefanson:
