GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) — B.J. Omot had 17 points in North Dakota’s 93-63 victory over Valley City State on Thursday night.
Omot also had seven rebounds for the Fightin’ Hawks (2-1). Treysen Eaglestaff scored 17 points while shooting 6 for 10, including 5 for 9 from beyond the arc. Eli King finished 5 of 7 from the field to finish with 14 points, while adding eight rebounds.
The Vikings were led by Hunter Lyman, who posted 15 points. Jerome Washington added 10 points for Valley City State. In addition, Cleveland Bedgood had eight points.
