EASTON, Pa. (AP) — Justin Vander Baan’s 19 points helped Lafayette defeat Navy 78-62 on Saturday.

Vander Baan had five rebounds and six blocks for the Leopards (5-12, 4-0 Patriot League). Devin Hines scored 18 points while going 7 of 12 (2 for 4 from 3-point range), and added six rebounds. Mark Butler was 4-of-6 shooting and 7 of 7 from the free-throw line to finish with 15 points.

Austin Benigni led the Midshipmen (6-9, 2-2) in scoring, finishing with 21 points. Donovan Draper added 13 points, 14 rebounds and three steals for Navy. In addition, Mac MacDonald had 10 points.
