STEPHENVILLE, Texas (AP) — Lue Williams’ 27 points helped Tarleton State defeat SFA 75-64 on Saturday night.
Williams also added five steals for the Texans (15-7, 8-3 Western Athletic Conference). Devon Barnes scored 20 points, shooting 4 for 7 (4 for 5 from 3-point range) and 8 of 8 from the free throw line. Jakorie Smith shot 5 for 16 (2 for 8 from 3-point range) and 5 of 7 from the free throw line to finish with 17 points, while adding four steals.
Latrell Jossell led the way for the ‘Jacks (13-9, 6-5) with 23 points and four steals. Jalil Beaubrun added 15 points for SFA.
