ITTA BENA, Miss. (AP) — Jordan O’Neal had 18 points, Ken Evans Jr. scored 17 and Treyon Johnson added a double-double as Jackson State beat Mississippi Valley State 77-69 on Saturday night, dealing the Delta Devils their 25th straight defeat dating to last season.

O’Neal made 8 of 14 shots and grabbed eight rebounds for the Tigers (9-14, 5-5 Southwestern Athletic Conference). Johnson finished with 11 points and 11 rebounds.

Rayquan Brown paced the Delta Devils (0-23, 0-10) with 20 points, six rebounds, three assists and three blocks. Donovan Sanders scored 18 with six assists. Danny Washington added 12 points on 4-for-7 shooting from 3-point range.
