COMMERCE, Texas (AP) — Nick Caldwell scored 22 points and Roger McFarlane sank a jumper with three seconds left in overtime to rally Southeastern Louisiana to a 79-77 victory over Texas A&M-Commerce on Monday night.
Caldwell added 10 rebounds and five blocks for the Lions (12-13, 7-5 Southland Conference). McFarlane scored 16 points and added 15 rebounds. Roscoe Eastmond finished with 13 points and eight assists.
Jerome Brewer Jr. led the Lions (9-16, 3-9) with 19 points, eight rebounds and two blocks. Kalen Williams added 15 points, eight rebounds and four assists. Vincent Reeves scored 13.
Caldwell made two free throws with eight seconds left to force overtime tied at 66.
