MONTGOMERY, Ala. (AP) — Rashad Williams’ 33 points led Arkansas-Pine Bluff past Alabama State 80-74 on Saturday night.

Williams also had six rebounds for the Golden Lions (11-14, 6-6 Southwestern Athletic Conference). Kylen Milton scored 11 points and added 11 rebounds. Joe French had 10 points and finished 3 of 8 from 3-point range and 1 for 4 from the line.

Ubong Okon led the Hornets (11-14, 6-6) in scoring, finishing with 11 points, 12 rebounds and two blocks. Alabama State also got 11 points, six rebounds and four steals from Micah Octave. Antonio Madlock also had 11 points.
