Toronto police say a man was injured when he confronted two suspects who were allegedly stealing a vehicle from a driveway this morning.
Police initially reported that the man had been stabbed but later said the victim was actually hit with a “hard object.”
They say his injury is non-life-threatening.

The incident occurred in the Dufferin Street and Rogers Road area around 3:40 a.m.
Police say two male suspects were attempting to steal a vehicle from a driveway when a man confronted them.
Police say the suspects fled the area without being able to steal the vehicle.
