VANCOUVER – Vancouver Police have released images of a suspect in a series of stranger attacks in Yaletown on Friday, where four people were stabbed.
A statement from police says three stabbing victims were initially located and taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and four additional assault victims have since come forward, including another person who was stabbed.
Police say the victims are five men and two women, ranging from 23 to 59 years old.

Police responded Friday at around 7:30 a.m. to reports of multiple people stabbed along the seawall near David Lam Park.
The suspect, who fled the scene, is described as a woman in her 20s or 30s, with long, dark hair in a ponytail who was wearing an oversized black leather jacket, black pants, and possibly a leopard-print shirt or scarf.
Sgt. Steve Addison says in the statement that there may be more victims or witness that the police don’t know about.
“These assaults were violent and unprovoked, and as long as this suspect remains at large we fear the community is at risk. It is our highest priority to quickly identify and apprehend this person,” he said.
