A 53-year-old woman has died after being hit Saturday by a driver in Quebec City.
Police say the accident happened on Wilfrid-Hamel Boulevard at around 8 p.m., in the northwest end of the city.
Spokesperson Laurence Godbout said by time first responders arrived they found others giving the woman first aid.
She was rushed to hospital, where she died soon after.
Police announced her death on Sunday.
The driver involved, a 30-year-old man, and his passenger weren’t injured.
