ST. JOHN’S – Police in Newfoundland and Labrador say they have apprehended the third suspect in a St. John’s murder after warning the public he was at large and possibly armed.

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary says officers took the 47-year-old man into custody without incident on Tuesday evening.

Earlier that morning the force said officers had charged a 42-year-old man and a 28-year-old man for murder in connection with the death and were looking for a third suspect.
