LEWISBURG, Pa. (AP) — Pat Curtin had 25 points in Bucknell’s 70-67 win against Loyola Maryland on Saturday.
Curtin added five rebounds for the Bison (5-12, 2-2 Patriot League). Amon Dorries scored 19 points and added six rebounds. Jayden Williams shot 2 of 8 from the field and went 3 for 5 from the line to finish with eight points, while adding three steals.
Jacob Theodosiou led the Greyhounds (5-12, 1-3) in scoring, finishing with 20 points, four assists and two steals. Loyola also got 11 points, four assists and two steals from Braeden Speed. Troy Cicero finished with nine points and two steals.
Bucknell went into halftime tied with Loyola 28-28. Curtin’s 17-point second half helped Bucknell finish off the three-point victory.
