A man from Kitchener, Ont., who was riding an e-scooter was killed after a collision with a pickup truck on Friday night.
Police say they responded to the scene of a collision around 9:45 p.m. at the intersection of Lancaster and Guelph streets.
Police say the 44-year-old e-scooter driver was taken to hospital where he died from his injuries.
Police say the driver of the truck wasn’t injured.
Waterloo Regional Police continue to investigate.
Police ask anyone who witnessed the collision or who has dash camera footage to contact police.
