TORONTO – Toronto police say a six-year-old girl is dead after reportedly falling from the window of an apartment building Sunday night.
Police say they responded to a report of unknown trouble in the area of Chalkfarm Drive and Jane Street around 8:15 p.m.
They say police received reports of someone falling from an apartment building.
Police say when officers arrived, they found the child dead after falling out of a bedroom window.
Police did not immediately provide further details.
Police say they will remain at the scene pending an autopsy report.
