OFFENCE
Cut the ball in half here. Winnipeg QB Alex Brink went 24-of-40 for 326 yards and almost led an impossible comeback. Montreal’s Jamel Richardson pulled down six balls for 126 yards and a TD.
DEFENCE
Split the award here, too. Winnipeg DE Jason Vega had two sacks in his return to the lineup. Odell Willis had a sack, and came very close to finding Montreal QB Anthony Calvillo a few more times.
SPECIAL TEAMS
The hard-hitting Henoc Muamba gets the nod here for his smack on Montreal return man Perry Floyd in the second quarter. Muamba, the first-overall pick in the 2011 draft, also scored his first professional touchdown in the game.
