Hey there, time traveller!

FAN-O- METER:
Winnipeg’s James Green blocked a Sean Whyte punt at the end of the third quarter that got a big rise out of the 30,447 at Canad Inns Stadium. Henoc Muamba’s touchdown run cut the deficit to 16 points and gave the Bombers some much needed life heading into the fourth quarter.
CRITICAL NUMBERS:
44:44
The amount of time elapsed before Winnipeg found its first touchdown score.
The Bombers made it close at the end, but it’s tough to hang with the Alouettes with just two field goals for most of the game.
2
The number of deflected passes from Bombers QB Alex Brink that turned into interceptions in the first half. Montreal defenders Anwar Stewart and Jermaine McElveen found themselves in the right place at the right time to grab the batted balls.
1-4
Moral victories? The Bombers record in September. Winnipeg 7-1 through July and August. Two road games (Hamilton and Edmonton) are on deck for the Blue and Gold.
