Wood Buffalo, Alta., (includes Fort McMurray) 54.5 per cent

Petawawa, Ont., 54.1 per cent

Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines, Que., 53.6 per cent

Red Deer Community, 52.6 per cent

Cold Lake, Alta., 52.5 per cent
