All-star right-winger Patrik Laine will play for the first time since Jan. 7 and goaltender Ondrej Pavelec will get his fourth consecutive start when the Winnipeg Jets host the San Jose Sharks tonight at the MTS Centre.

Game time is 7 p.m.

Jets head coach Paul Maurice confirmed the return of Laine, who has missed eight games due to a concussion.

Pavelec, meanwhile, has allowed nine goals and has a 2-1-0 record in three games since being recalled from the AHL’s Manitoba Moose. Winnipeg is coming off a 3-2 loss to the Anaheim Ducks Monday night.
