It’s hard to believe that we are only four weeks away from the 2024 Fall Parade of Homes! The Manitoba Home Builders’ Association’s Parade of Homes is the signature showcase event for Manitoba’s residential construction industry, providing Manitobans interested in building their new dream home an opportunity and experience unlike any other available in Canada.
The MHBA’s 2024 Fall Parade of Homes starts on Saturday, Sept. 21 and runs through Sun., October 13.
People are expected to be visiting Parade show homes in Manitoba’s newest neighbourhoods to learn about the latest trends in new home and interior design, the hottest new home technology and building materials, and to potentially find their new dream home.

The Fall Parade of Homes offers an inside look at Manitoba’s finest new homes.
Our Parade continues to be the biggest and best parade in Canada. This Fall, there will be more than 140 unique new homes on display, making this the largest Parade of Homes ever!
Having over 140 different options available to visit — each one with its own layout, materials, finishes and designs — means our Parade of Homes gives Manitoba home buyers a unique opportunity to see and experience the widest variety of home building options in an actual home setting. An opportunity and showcase of this scope and size is uniquely Manitoban.
The MHBA’s Fall Parade of Homes will provide home buyers with the chance to see firsthand the latest work by 33 of Manitoba’s leading home building companies. It is also a great chance to check out and explore many of Manitoba’s newest neighbourhoods. This year’s Fall Parade will again feature show homes in 25 of Manitoba’s newest communities and neighbourhoods. Finding out which community has the right set of amenities and services that best fit your family can be just as important as finding which new home design is the right one for you. Taking in the Fall Parade of Homes is a great way to explore these wonderful new communities and neighbourhoods across Manitoba.
In just four weeks, the best of the best of Manitoba’s new home construction will once again be on display. Look for the Fall Parade of Homes magazine in the September 21 edition of the Free Press and at any Steinbach Credit Union. Our Parade of Homes magazine not only provides the details about each Parade Show Home, but it also contains great articles and features on the latest trends in home building and home design.
In the next few weeks, you can also visit our Parade of Homes page at the MHBA website at www.homebuilders.mb.ca for more information on each of the Parade show home listings. And be sure to follow us on Instagram (@official_mhba) for up-to-date information and to enter our Parade contest for a chance to win amazing prizes. MHBA builders are looking forward to seeing you at this years’ Fall Parade and welcoming you to your new home.
