“This is one of our more popular plans,” he says of the two-storey, 1,859-sq.-ft. home. “I think that’s because it’s so thoughtfully designed. As is always the case, our design team’s main priority is functionality. Then, they put in the style once the floor plan is established. The use of space is excellent; it feels much larger than its listed square footage.”
