New QB

The Bombers added import quarterback Adam DiMichele to the practice roster on Thursday. DiMichele played QB at Temple University in Philadelphia and caught coach Mike Kelly’s eye this spring at a Philadelphia Eagles tryout. DiMichele had been on the Calgary Stampeders’ practice roster this season.

Willis and Hunt in

Import defensive ends Odell Willis and Phillip Hunt will dress for the Bombers on Saturday. "Willis has come in here and impressed right off the bat. He hasn’t missed a beat. It’s the old adage: You trade for players that play well against you, and he’s had good games against us," Kelly said.

Emry fined for Edwards hit

Montreal linebacker Shea Emry was fined $750 by the CFL for his hit on Blue Bomber receiver Terrence Edwards Sept. 20. Emry, who was not suspended for his actions, clobbered Edwards away from the play with a blind-side hit. Edwards will miss Sunday’s game due to a concussion.
