Singer William Prince, duo Nadia Gaudet and Jason Burnstick and Small Glories picked up two nominations each while multi-instrumentalist Daniel Koulack and Sweet Alibi received one nomination each.

Small Glories, a duo that includes Winnipeg’s Cara Luft and JD Edwards, are up for new/emerging artist of the year and English songwriter of the year thanks to their album Wondrous Traveler.

SUBMITTED Duo Nadia Gaudet and Jason Burnstick are up for two Canadian Folk Music Awards.

Koulack was nominated for instrumental solo artist of the year. Sweet Alibi is up for the year’s top vocal group.

The awards will be handed out Dec. 2 and 3 in Toronto.
