Winnipeg jewelry designer Jillian Sheedy will make her Paris Fashion Week debut today when she presents her latest jewelry collection on fashion’s most prestigious runways.

Sheedy’s new designs are part of retail platform Flying Solo’s showcase at the Spring/Summer 2026 womenswear shows.

The Paris runway collection features Sheedy’s signature 14-karat-gold-filled designs. She will be taking 100 bracelets, necklaces and earrings to include in the showcase.

Her jewelry will be presented to fashion designers in search of the perfect accessories to their catwalk looks.

“The fashion designer and the stylist from Flying Solo will work together to decide which pieces they like. I won’t find out the pairings until the day of the fittings,” she says.

“I am excited to get our looks on the runway multiple times.”

Conceived of and created in her home studio in Winnipeg, Sheedy’s handmade pieces are designed to be worn daily.

“I have been working on this collection for a year now. A lot of thought and love has gone into it, and I am very excited for the world to see it.”

The 38-year-old is no stranger to the international catwalks; earlier this year, Sheedy pieces appeared at New York Fashion Week.

She started her label in 2018 with a friend but decided to strike out on her own in 2021.

The Paris pieces will be available in Canada from her online store at jillianleigh.ca upon her return.
