Folk lovers began their Wednesday, July 9 with a drive or bike ride to Birds Hill Park to get priority entry to the Winnipeg Folk Festival. Thousands of cars , trucks and RVs rolled directly into the park toward campground parking in a streamlined process free of  previous years' delays.
