Hey there, time traveller!

Keri Latimer, singer and songwriter for the band Nathan Music Co., has built a musical household for her family in Winnipeg, including her husband, Devin, and their children, Oscar and Hazel.
Keri and Devin will head to Nashville in August to record their first album as the two-piece band Leaf Rapids. They rehearse and write at home, working around Devin’s schedule teaching chemistry at the University of Winnipeg.
Now that Keri has two children, she has stepped back from recording with Nathan Music Co. She recently won a Manitoba Arts Council grant to work on a music project with her theremin. The otherworldly electronic instrument is recognizable from the oddly pitched soundtrack to science-fiction films. Keri says she coaxes an operatic voice out of the theremin.
