Manitoba’s Sean Grassie is still perfect at the Canadian Mixed Curling Championship in Iqaluit.

Grassie improved to 3-0 Monday morning with an 8-3 thrashing of New Brunswick’s Scott Jones.

Team Manitoba — Allison Nimik, Russ Derksen and Kendra Green round out the squad — shot a blistering 84 percent as a team. New Brunswick shot just 69 percent.

Manitoba is now one of just two teams still undefeated in Nunavut. The other one — Saskatchewan’s Darrell McKee — is a game ahead of Manitoba at 4-0.

The Manitobans return to the ice this afternoon against the Northwest Territories.
