Conservative Leader Stephen Harper is expected to make a brief campaign stop in Winnipeg this evening, making him the first federal leader to visit.
Harper will appear at a candidates’ rally at the Victoria Inn at 4:30 p.m., and then fly out of Winnipeg immediately after.
Harper is expected to make longer stops in Manitoba as the campaign progresses.
Liberal Leader Michael Ignatieff will visit Winnipeg Wednesday night.
