Hey there, time traveller!

Winnipeg Goldeyes Manager Rick Forney announced Tuesday the team has signed outfielder Jon Weber and has subsequently placed outfielder Jonathan Wyatt on the inactive list due to a nagging hamstring injury.
Weber, 33, played the last four seasons at the Triple-A level, hitting .257 with 16 RBI in and one homer in 68 games between Toledo (Detroit Tigers affiliate) and Scranton-Wilkes Barre (New York Yankees affiliate).
A product of Lakewood, Cali., Weber had two and a half productive seasons in the Tampa Bay Rays organization from 2007-2009 with Triple-A Durham.
“You don’t find them better than Jon Weber this time of year,” Forney said.
He also said the team plans to give Wyatt “plenty of time” to heal.
