Hey there, time traveller!

March showers bring April flowers. Or something like that.
The crazy mid-summer weather will continue today, with a 40 per cent chance of showers this afternoon, including the risk of a thunderstorm. Winds will be from the south at 50 km/h gusting to 70 km/h. Today’s expected high of 25C will be six degrees warmer than the record high temperature on this day, set back in 1938.
Sunday’s high of 21C also set a new record.
(If you’re curious, the record low was set back in 1965 at -29C.)
Spring-like weather will return Tuesday, with a high of 10C under sunny skies.
It will be back to way-above-normal temperatures for the rest of the week with highs ranging from 15C to 17C under sunny skies.
