It’s hard to make predictions in the sporting world but Wade Miller has no problem getting out his crystal ball.

“Our team is going to be quick, exciting and it’s never going to quit,” he said during an interview at the Winnipeg Free Press News Café this morning.

The CEO of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers is optimistic about his team’s fortunes this season, which kicks off this Thursday at home with Drew Willy at the helm against the Toronto Argonauts.

Less than one year into the job, Miller said he is still creating the kind of organization that is going to compete for championships for many seasons to come.

“There are no quick fixes. It takes time,” he said.
