Injured Drew Willy may not be ready to start after the Bombers return from their bye week, the club said on Monday.
After injuring his throwing shoulder in Saturday’s loss to the B.C. Lions, Willy’s status for the Sept. 27 game against the visiting Hamilton Tiger-Cats is “questionable.”
The Bombers said the injury is considered as week-to-week, and will be re-evaluated at the beginning of next week.
