Hey there, time traveller!

The NHL’s fourth regular season back in Winnipeg wraps up today with an afternoon game at the MTS Centre against the Calgary Flames.
The game has no meaning in the standings for the Jets, who are locked into the second wild-card berth in the Western Conference Stanley Cup tournament.
They are likely to rest several veteran players who have put in big minutes lately or who have been fighting illness.

Andrew Ladd, Bryan Little, Tyler Myers, Jacob Trouba and Ondrej Pavelec are good bets to be watching today.
The Jets won’t know their playoff opponent until later today. It could be the Anaheim Ducks or St. Louis Blues. The top-ranked-in-the-west Ducks are the most likely choice because they’re two points ahead of St. Louis entering today’s play, and they’re in Arizona tonight.
The Flames are also in the playoffs this spring. They are currently third in the Pacific Division and this game could vault them into second and home-ice advantage in the first round, but they would need help. Vancouver, currently second in Pacific, would have to lose later today to Edmonton to make that happen.
