Hey there, time traveller!

NDP Leader Tom Mulcair will make a second election campaign stop in Winnipeg on Thursday.
A party spokeswoman said Mulcair will make a platform policy announcement at a midday event that will include new Saint Boniface-Saint-Vital candidate Erin Selby.
“A lot of details are still being confirmed at the moment,” the spokeswoman said, including the time and location.

She expected to have more details by Wednesday morning.
The NDP has yet to nominate candidates in two of the province’s ridings — Portage-Lisgar and Winnipeg South. However, the party expects to rectify this soon, the spokeswoman said..
Mulcair was last in Winnipeg for a rally on Aug. 20 at the RBC Convention Centre that drew more than 1,000 New Democrats.
There, he pledged to build a highway to Shoal Lake 40 First Nation and to discuss the Kapyong Barracks lands issue with Treaty 1 First Nations.
