She expected to have more details by Wednesday morning.

The NDP has yet to nominate candidates in two of the province’s ridings — Portage-Lisgar and Winnipeg South. However, the party expects to rectify this soon, the spokeswoman said..

Mulcair was last in Winnipeg for a rally on Aug. 20 at the RBC Convention Centre that drew more than 1,000 New Democrats.

There, he pledged to build a highway to Shoal Lake 40 First Nation and to discuss the Kapyong Barracks lands issue with Treaty 1 First Nations.
