WINNIPEG – Graham James is facing nine criminal charges, according to court documents obtained by the Winnipeg Free Press.
The documents, dated Wednesday, say James is facing charges related to three victims dating from the, late 1970s, 1980s and early 1990s.
He is charged with three counts of sexual assault, three counts of gross indecency, indecent assault, sexual touching and another charge.
Police confirmed at about 4 p.m. there was a Canada-wide warrant issued for James.
