Spring parade of homes just around the corner

Despite the frigid temperatures, spring really is just around the corner and we are only three weeks away from the 2025 Spring Parade of Homes.

The Manitoba Home Builders’ Association’s Parade of Homes is the signature showcase event for the province’s residential construction industry, providing Manitobans interested in building their new dream home an opportunity and experience unlike any other available in Canada.

The MHBA’s 2025 Spring Parade of Homes starts on Saturday, March 1 and runs through Sunday, March 23. This year, we are proud to showcase 30 different builders in the Spring Parade.

Our Parade show homes are located in 21 of Manitoba’s newest neighbourhoods and provide those looking to potentially find their new dream home with an opportunity to learn about the latest trends in interior design, the hottest new home technology, and cutting-edge building materials and systems.

As you visit our Parade of Homes show homes, we encourage you to talk to the representative showing the dwelling about its unique features and what makes that particular residence special. Visiting our Parade homes and talking to sales agents about different options and features will help you find the perfect fit for you and your family. These show homes represent the best in home design and construction available anywhere in Canada.

Manitoba’s Parade of Homes continues to be the biggest and best event of its kind in Canada. Once again, Manitoba’s best home builders will be presenting more than 135 unique new homes on display during this spring’s Parade. With this many options to experience — each with its own layout, materials, finishes and design — our Parade gives Manitoba home buyers a unique opportunity to see and experience the variety of home-building options in an actual residential setting, free of charge. There is no admission cost for the Parade of Homes.

The best-of-the-best of Manitoba’s new home construction will once again be on display next month. Look for the Spring Parade of Homes magazine in the March 1 edition of the Free Press and at any Steinbach Credit Union. Our magazine always contains great articles and features on the latest trends in home building and design.
