Manitoba’s spring and fall Parade of Homes events are a spectacular showcase for Manitoba’s residential construction industry.

The parades showcase the Manitoba Home Builders’ Association’s home-building members, offering new-home buyers a chance to see cutting-edge home technology, and visitors also get a great opportunity for an up-close look at the latest trends in residential style and design.

These three-week events take place in March and September each year.

Most people aren’t aware Manitoba’s Parade of Homes events are the largest organized anywhere in Canada. Over 32,000 people visited the new show homes on display during the MHBA’s 2025 Spring Parade of Homes earlier this year.

Our 2025 Fall Parade of Homes, which ran from Sept. 20 to Oct. 12, was even bigger, drawing over 47,000 people to Parade show homes.

Nowhere else in Canada do home buyers have the opportunity to visit this many unique show homes to gather ideas on how and where to build their new dream home.

While the two events receive a lot of attention while in full swing, it’s important to remember the show homes featured in our Parade of Homes events are accessible far more than just twice a year.

In fact, the winter months provide a great opportunity for new-home buyers to visit show homes in between the spring and fall Parade of Homes events. Traffic will be a little lighter and parking a bit easier to find near the display dwellings during the colder season.
