The Manitoba Home Builders’ Association’s 2026 Fall Parade of Homes officially opens at 12 noon today, showcasing 130 new show homes built by 30 of Manitoba’s best home builders.
Once again, the MHBA is proud to present the biggest and best Parade of Homes in Canada.
Show home hours in Winnipeg and surrounding areas are Saturday and Sunday from 12 to 5 p.m. and Monday through Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m.

The show home at 119 Bullrush Bay (by Foxridge Homes) is featured in this year’s Fall Parade.
Each Parade show home is also available for private viewings outside of the regular Parade hours and on Fridays.
Private viewings are a great way to take additional time to visit your favourite show home and have a more in-depth discussion with the sales staff. Please contact the builder of the show home to book your private appointment. Detailed information on the visiting experience can be found on our Parade of Homes web page — www.homebuilders.mb.ca.
During Parade hours, each Parade show home will have staff ready to explain the unique and special features of that home. Be sure to ask them about the builders, suppliers and materials used in building the home. MHBA new home builders pride themselves on building the best new houses in the country.
The MHBA Parade of Homes is also a chance to visit and explore the newest subdivisions and communities being developed right across the province.
Twenty-one communities across Manitoba are featured in this year’s Fall Parade, providing home-seekers with a wide variety of neighbourhood amenities and options.

Be sure to follow us on Instagram (@official_mhba) for up-to-date information and to enter our Parade contest for a chance to win a $500 Visa gift card.
