Police are looking for a Winnipeg man they’ve identified as a fourth suspect in a fatal shooting in July.
Jason Scott Woodhouse, 23, is described as being Indigenous, six feet tall, weighing 300 pounds, with brown eyes and short black hair.
Police allege Woodhouse was involved in a shooting on July 21. Emergency services were called to the 700 block of Selkirk Avenue following a report of shots fired. An adult male was taken to hospital in critical condition with a gunshot wound, and later died.
Two Winnipeg men — Craig Dylan Monkman, 19, and Albert Kelly Thomas, 34 — were both charged with second-degree murder in September. Anthony Shane Monias, 32, was also arrested and charged with manslaughter.
The victim was Trevor Bodnarek, also known as Trevor Desjarlais. Police said Bodnarek “had no connection in any sort of activity that would have put him in harm’s way,” and said he was visiting the home where he was shot.
Police are asking anyone with information about Woodhouse to call homicide investigators at 204-986-6508 or Crime Stoppers at 204-786-8477.
