It seems like an eternity since the Bombers last played – 17 days to be exact since the loss in Montreal – so it’s finally time for them to get back to work.

Love the Labour Day Classic and all the hype that goes around it and this afternoon I get to sit alongside my compadre and hall of famer Bob Knuckles Irving. My only hope is they don’t disconnect my microphone before the end of the first quarter. 🙂

Not sure if there’s any concrete proof of this or if it’s just a byproduct of the cool temperatures here, but while exploring lastnight we didn’t see the usual craziness that accompanies the LDC. Still a good collection of Bomber fans, but it’s harder and harder to get tickets to Rider games and I wonder if Bomber Nation is being shut out by their prairie rivals.

Some leftover video from the Rider availability on Saturday.
