The NDP dismisses allegations made in relation to a blurry photo making the rounds on the blogosphere.
It shows Premier Greg Selinger with members of a local hip-hop recording studio.
The allegation is that the photo shows evidence Selinger is chummy with the city’s gang underworld.

It shows Selinger with six men, including three from Winnipeg’s Most, an aboriginal group that won several awards at a CTV-sponsored Aboriginal Peoples Choice Music Awards last November.
The picture was taken after the awards show.
“He posed with all the winners,” NDP campaign manager Michael Balagus said.
A statement released by the NDP said: “Thousands of Manitobans regularly ask for their photograph with the premier and he does his best to oblige all of them.
“We believe there is little danger that Manitobans will mistake Greg Selinger for a hip-hop gangster.”
